MAPITO LOCATION SCOUTS & MANAGERS — AMSTERDAM LEGACY
Since 1991, MAPITO built an international visual research archive for advertising, film and photography productions. From Amsterdam, MAPITO’s location scouts and location managers researched, documented and coordinated film-friendly locations across Europe and worldwide.
The archive grew to more than 107,000 location photographs and combines creative research with practical knowledge of access, permits, logistics and production on location.
Location scouting and location management are no longer offered as standard services. Selected assignments are considered only on request.
Today, MAPITO’s production knowledge continues through TEAM MAPITO — Creative Storytelling Studio based in Xàbia and Breda, with AI integrated into the workflow.
