MAPITO LOCATION MANAGEMENT — LEGACY
This 2018 archive post documents MAPITO location management and location scouting work in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and international production hubs.
Since 1991, MAPITO built a visual research library for advertising, automotive, film and photography productions. The work combined creative location research with permissions, logistics and on-set coordination, supported by a trusted international production network.
Location scouting and location management are no longer offered as standard services. Location work is now considered selectively and only on request.
Today, MAPITO’s production knowledge and archive continue through TEAM MAPITO — Creative Storytelling Studio based in Xàbia and Breda, with AI integrated into the workflow.
